How do I edit my information in OneGreatFamily?
After you have started your family tree at OneGreatFamily, you can return and
update information as often as you like. Adding new discoveries and
fixing inaccuracies to your family tree is an important activity.
Other people may be linked to your family tree in OneGreatFamily.
When you update your family tree or make corrections, everyone else
who accesses your information also receives the benefit.
To edit the information in your family tree, follow these simple directions:
- Login to OneGreatFamily and launch Genealogy BrowserTM
- Find the individual you would like to edit in either the Handprint View (Family Group) or the Starfield View (Pedigree)
- Double-click on the individual you want to edit
- Change any of the available information
- Click "Save"
Clicking on the "Family Info" box in the Handprint View allows you to make changes to marriage and spouse information.
You can also add siblings, children, spouses, or parents of any selected individual by clicking on the appropriate text in the Handprint View.
